The charity can only continue, due to some amazing supporters, fundraisers and organisations that continue to work with us, to enable us to provide the much needed and appreciated respite holidays.
We really appreciate all that have organised or donated to fundraisers. There are far too many to mention individually, but each and everyone one of you are in our hearts. Thank you.
Below are some of the groups and businesses that continue to help us to help others in Dylan's memory.
An annual friendly (but very competitive) football match featuring family and friends of Dylan. Held in Kettering each year, this has proven to be not just a great family day out, but a fantastic regular fundraiser for the charity and its aims.

MND is a fatal, rapidly progressing disease that affects the brain and spinal cord.
It attacks the nerves that control movement so muscles no longer work. MND does not usually affect the senses such as sight, sound and feeling etc.

It affects people from all communities.
Around 35% of people with MND experience mild cognitive change, in other words, changes in thinking and behaviour. A further 15% of people show signs of frontotemporal dementia which results in more pronounced behavioural change.
It kills a third of people within a year and more than half within two years of diagnosis.
A person’s lifetime risk of developing MND is around 1 in 300.
Six people per day are diagnosed with MND in the UK.
